Associate Attorney, Corporate Securities

Our client, a well-established Am Law 200 firm with a strong corporate practice, is seeking a Corporate Transactional & Securities Associate with at least two years of experience to join its team.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will work on sophisticated corporate transactional and public company securities matters. This role offers meaningful responsibility and exposure to SEC reporting, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance work in a collaborative, high-caliber environment serving both emerging and established companies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate transactional and securities law
  • Experience advising public companies on securities law compliance, including matters under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate transactions
  • Familiarity with SEC filings, including registration statements, periodic reports, proxy statements, and related disclosures
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working effectively as part of a team
  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar (required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $170,000-$230,000, depending on experience
